Mizner Place at Weston Town Center

We checked out last week after a wonderful two-week stay. Once again, everything was perfect. The first week was booked through my husband Anthony’s RCI account, and the second week was booked through my Wyndham exchange to RCI under my name. As always, our one-bedroom unit with a full kitchen was clean, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we needed. This time we stayed on the second floor of the Edison Building, facing Walgreens. We really liked this location — it was very quiet and comfortable. During our stay, we did two loads of laundry. Each floor conveniently has two separate laundry rooms, one on each side of the building, which makes it very easy. A few days into our stay, I went to the front office with a couple of questions and happened to see Ramonita, the Front Office Manager. I had been told that she was temporarily working at another RCI resort in Weston, so I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in on February 18th and found that she was back at Mizner Place that day. Ramonita has been extremely helpful to us over the past couple of years, and I was so happy to see her again. I knew she would be able to resolve any issue — nothing is ever too much trouble for her. She immediately addressed our concerns and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Ramonita is extremely knowledgeable and truly an asset to the resort. All of the staff were professional and courteous, including Christina who checked us in, Valentina who checked us out, and Front Desk Manager Silvia, whom I spoke with a couple of times by phone. Each time, she patiently answered my questions and was very helpful. We have been coming to this resort for more than 10 years, and we continue to be impressed by the consistency, cleanliness, and professionalism of the entire team. I couldn’t be happier with our experiences here and always recommend that anyone considering a timeshare take a look at this resort.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and I especially loved the kitchenette and jacuzzi such great features that made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is also perfect, with everything we needed close by. We had a wonderful extended stay at Mizner Place at Weston. All of the staff were excellent, but Valentina Palma truly stood out. She is one of the best customer service representatives I’ve ever encountered, she made our experience truly enjoyable! Valentina, consistently goes above and beyond, delivering top-tier service not just to me and my family, but to everyone she interacts with. Her presence exudes genuine hospitality and she is clearly a gem to the company. We are very grateful for her care and professionalism. On a less positive note, we did have some challenges with the laundry department. On several occasions, exchanging soiled laundry became an uncomfortable experience. In particular, an older woman with orange hair would inspect dirty laundry in a way that felt inappropriate and frankly humiliating. This part of the service could benefit from additional training to ensure it aligns with the otherwise high standards of the resort. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and want to thank the team for their hospitality.

Our stay was great! We had a little hiccup when we arrived since one of the bathrooms was not cleaned and had dirty towels on the floor but they came in to clean it before we even noticed. They did walk straight in without knocking though and it was odd since we checked in about an hour and a half after checkin time. So they should have had plenty of time to clean before we arrived. However, the location was great. Great shoppping within walking distance. Parking garage and security. Rooms were huge and bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay again in the future.

This is a nice place to stay. The beds are super comfy! Not sure if they were in the middle of painting hallways or not, but the hallway where our room was located was all gray & very blah compared to the other hallways.

Just love this place! The staff is always amazing and very helpful. Accomodations perfect.. nice people here from all over.. Very friendly. Highly recommend this for a great getaway..

Had drive over here to use their jacuzzi. The sister resort I was staying at had a broken jacuzzi. Place was clean & looked freshly painted. Christmas decorations were up & the entry drive was sparkling. Security guard was very friendly & guided me to the pool/jacuzzi area. Wish I was staying here instead

Great customer service. The room was very clean, bed slept great and lots of room in the bathroom. We loved the balcony area and the ability to walk to everything, including the grocery store. My only complaint would be that the shower had very little pressure.

Situated in a beautifully landscaped neighborhood. Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and entertainment. About one hour drive to Miami and less to Ft. Lauderdale. Friendly and helpful staff. The staff was amazing to ensure that our property was safely returned to us after we left the area. Free shuttle to shopping area.
